We take pride in renting all our tour buses from companies that have experienced drivers and newer buses equipped with Radios, TV's and a rest room.
All of America's Ticket Company's trips originate in New York. However, we do have pick ups in Northampton, West Springfield, Springfield, MA and Enfield, CT. On most of our retail trips we will make special pick ups in Route to the destination at commuter lots off of the highways. When booking a group, you will have to inform us of a departure point. Departure points need to be in a safe, large parking lot with room for the bus to stop and for passengers to leave their cars. America's Ticket Company is not responsible for any theft or damage done to vehicles left behind in these parking lots. America's Ticket Company can provide customers with maps and directions to the designated departure point when we send the itinerary and other information.
One Day & Multi Days Trips
We offer select day and multi days packages to groups and the general public.

All of the student and youth trips are priced based on a minimum of 40 paying passengers. There is a per-head adjustment for a group that falls below the 40 passengers. There will be one complimentary passenger for every 20 paying passengers once you reach the 40 minimum requirement.
The following rule pertains to all retail and group trips. Most theatres, stadiums, and concert halls will not refund any money for tickets. In fact, most tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the promoters, theatres, stadiums, etc. Whether rain or shine, the game or the show will go on. Everyone that has purchased a one day or multi day trip that includes tickets for an event such as baseball, football, concert, Broadway show, etc. will not receive any refunds from America's Ticket Company as most of the tickets purchased by us are non-refundable as described on the back of the tickets. However, in the event that a game, show or other event scheduled for that trip is canceled or postponed, America's Ticket Company will inform our customers with any information provided by the event host regarding refunds or a future event date. Any customer booking baseball games needs to look for the canceled or postponed game information on the baseball team website. If you do not have access to the internet, please request a copy from America's Ticket Company.
On all our overnight trips, we try our best to book 3-4 star hotels that are centrally located within the city/town that we are visiting. We make reservations with well known or well rated restaurants. All of the information for the hotels and restaurants used on our trips will be listed in the flyers when available. The passengers will know the full information at the time of booking or when they receive the itinerary along with the rest of the trip information.
America's Ticket Company suggests to all of our customers to purchase (additional cost) travel insurance provided by TRAVEL INSURED INTERNATIONAL of Connecticut. Customers can purchase the insurance for a one day or for multi days trips directly from the insurance company.
All group leaders, teachers, chaperones, etc who is organizing a trip for their school, social club, or family should purchase the group travel insurance for all one day and multi days trip to avoid any monetary losses for trips that need to be canceled last minute.

Refund and Cancellation Policies
If the customer(s) must cancel their trip few days prior to the scheduled date and cannot find someone to take their place, America's Ticket Company will do our best to work with the customer to try to find someone from the waiting list (if available) or a new last minute customer. However, America's Ticket Company will not refund any money unless the event is canceled and America's Ticket Company receive refunds from their vendors.
